Welcome to Called to Create. We’re excited to make something special just for you. By placing an order with us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. We’ve written them in a clear and friendly way while still covering everything important.

1. About Our Products

Called to Create specializes in custom and handmade items, including apparel printing, HTV, decals, sublimation gifts, candles, and décor pieces. Because everything is handmade, small variations in color, size, or design may occur. We currently ship within South Africa only.

2. Orders & Lead Time

Orders are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Standard production time is 5–7 business days, although large or complex orders may take longer.
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when necessary, such as lack of materials or incomplete payment.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
Prices are confirmed at the time of ordering and will not change once paid.

4. Warranty & Quality Assurance

All items carry a 7-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or incorrect care.
If you believe an item has a defect, please send photo proof within 48 hours of receiving it. Replacements or refunds will be handled after review.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because most items are custom-made, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
All return requests must be approved before you send anything back.
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within South Africa using trusted courier services.
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

7. Product Use & Care

Candles should be burned safely and never left unattended.
Apparel, HTV, decals, and sublimation products should be cared for according to the provided instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect use or handling.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and product imagery remain the property of Called to Create.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without written permission.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that all order details, personalization requests, and delivery information are correct.
Check your order upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

10. Liability

Called to Create is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product involved.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for processing your order and arranging delivery.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for courier services required to deliver your order.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will apply to all new orders.
